For wedding planners and private clients

Wedding cinema for carefully planned celebrations.

Calm coverage. Discreet presence. Complete films made to work beautifully within the world you have built.

The working relationship

A film team that protects the shape of the weekend.

Planners should not need to manage the filmmaker while managing the wedding. Aaron Daniel Films arrives prepared, works around the photographer’s visual requirements, and stays attentive to the timeline without turning the celebration into a production.

Every accepted commission is personally directed by Aaron and built around the people, voices, places, and relationships that make the weekend incomparable.

02

The planner's view

What changes when the film team understands the whole room?

01

Enter the weekend already understanding its structure.

Production meetings and timeline review establish how the events, locations, planner, photographer, entertainment, and family dynamics fit together before cameras arrive.

  • Multi-location and multi-event planning
  • Crew scaled from two to four cinematographers
  • Coverage designed around principal moments and transitions

Fino Events

Commissioning

Wedding weekend and multi-day commissions typically range from

$13 000 - $30 000 CAD

The final scope is shaped around the number of events, locations, guests, production requirements, travel, and the films the family wishes to preserve.

Previews are delivered within four weeks. Complete collections are delivered within eight to twelve months.

Production notes

The details a planner should not have to wonder about.

Coverage and redundancy

At least three cameras are available during principal events. Ceremony and speech audio are recorded redundantly, with backup cameras and recording systems maintained throughout production.

Team and presentation

Productions are staffed with two to four cinematographers according to the weekend's scale and needs. The team wears discreet all-black attire during daytime coverage and black tie—or a planner-approved equivalent—for formal receptions.

Planner and photographer collaboration

Production meetings and timeline review are welcomed. Coverage is developed around the planner's structure while respecting the photographer's visual requirements, portrait time, and working space.

Business, insurance, and contingency

Commercial liability insurance, formal contracts, and invoicing are maintained through Aaron Daniel Films. Vetted associate lead cinematographers are available in the event of a genuine emergency.

Travel, delivery, and archive

Destination commissions are welcomed across Canada and internationally. Previews arrive within four weeks; complete collections within eight to twelve months. Project masters are retained for one year after the wedding event.
